Kyla Gebhart

Kyla has been a licensed real estate agent full-time since the summer of 2003. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2003, Kyla spent her first 6 years in real estate selling with new home builders.  In 2009, she branched out to sell all residential real estate!  In 2022, Kyla added Oklahoma to her resume, receiving her license to practice real estate in both Oklahoma and Nevada.  Kyla is a listing agent (traditional and short sales), a buyer's agent (helping buyers find their first home, next home, or investment property) as well as a leasing agent (helping those not quite ready to buy) find a fabulous rental home! She is a 2013 & 2019 YPN 40 under 40 recipient, 2019, 2020, & 2021 Inner Circle Award Winner, and also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
